Since 1995, I have been providing Technical Writing and Training Development for clients nationwide. My experience has spanned numerous industries and includes a wide variety of publishing tools. I also have an extensive background in Localization, having performed editing and desktop publishing in over 25 languages.
The primary tools that I use are Microsoft Word, Adobe FrameMaker, Madcap Flare, Adobe RoboHelp, and DreamWeaver. I have recent experience documenting an Oracle Retail Merchandising System (ORMS, ORPM, and OReSA).
I have also utilized Visio, Illustrator, SnagIt, and Photoshop heavily for various design and illustration needs. For web-based training modules, I have used Camtasia and Captivate. I excel at single-source documentation solutions in order to save time and reduce errors.
